Shipping
Orders ship 5-9 business days once ordered. We ship UPS for all orders 5 business day delivery. Production times increase during peak season ( September- December) please place orders as early as possible to ensure best selection and timing.
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales are final. If product arrives damaged from shipping company you will be provided info to file a damage claim and must contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Additional Policies and FAQs
It is recommended that products are stored inside in their original box when not in use. This will ensure that it stays intact and preserved.
When hanging products outside it is recommended to hang them under a covered awning or patio to protect them from the elements. Bring them inside during extreme weather conditions.
